Eating For Spiritual - Physical HEALTH and HARMONY
This project is inspired by Dr. Will Tuttle and his book, "The World Peace Diet". I started this project for the Vegetarians and Vegans, or people interested planetary compassion who feel a responsibility for the future of our planet. This project is just the first small step toward the harvest of locally grown food and the rights of all living creatures in the world. This site will contain information and resources for those desiring to become vegetarians, ethical vegetarians or vegetarians for health benefits. The reasons for becoming a vegetairian are far broader than most would think. To become a vegetairian is to support other living beings, their right to fulfill their purpose and your own purpose in life. You will experience many benefits simply by changing to a Plant Based diet or simply just to have one vegetarian day a week. Mariya Bullock
